As I have said about the Jessie Czebotar affidavits, if there was ever a guide written on how to not write and submit legal documents such as these, it would be Jessie’s affidavits. As myself and other researchers have discovered they are a huge mess, unprofessionally and incompetently drafted. They are filled with spelling and grammatical errors; slander towards the famous and ordinary people; slander of a deceased priest; signature dates off by 1 or 2 days, invalidating them; claimed affidavits were sealed and then stolen by a law firm, etc.
It really is quite a fiasco and appears doomed for failure. Is it a purposeful failure? That remains to be seen but the affidavits are badly crafted to provide that sort of scenario. Not good form to take someone surnamed Brady and rename them Grady in midstream. Or have the signature date and the notary public’s signature date off by 1 or 2 days. That ranks an automatic dismissal. These affidavits are so poorly done that one of Jessie’s relatives showed samples to a judge she works for and he dismissed them as nonsense. Yet none of this matters to her cult followers who adore her so much they never bother to research or question what she says. One person posted on Twitter that they were second only to the Bible in importance. Another example of how the very elect can be deceived. Must be nice to have such a dumbed down fanbase.
The affidavits start out with the claim of being submitted to a district court in Minnesota by a former judge Randi Lynn Erickson. When one thinks of a judge, normally it’s the vision of a person in long black robes sitting at a huge desk called a bench in a courtroom environment. Not so here. While Erickson was a judge, it was from belonging to a city board that judged applications from people that thought their property tax was too high and not assayed fairly. She judged the applications to determine who had a legitimate reason to have their property tax lowered.
There is always a snag in Jessie narratives and the account of Randi Lynn Erickson being a judge, only one parlayed in a different context, is one of them. This ruse is played out over and over again in her stories. If she accounts for something not true, then confusion is always the next option.
And which district court? There are 10 in Minnesota. Another Jessie ploy of not providing a detail, an important one, making research often a dead end, if not a chore. One would have to troll through all 10 to find the right one and even then, it could be most likely a lie resulting in a waste of time.
As with all things Jessie remains the sole source for everything she relates in her testimony. There are no corroborating witnesses or hard evidence available. Nevertheless, some things are true. It’s apparent there is human, both adults and children, trafficking that does happen. Just look at the southern border, wide open, with thousands of unaccompanied children being processed through with no vetting of the adults who are in charge of them. Off into the hither land they go. An open crime against children and it’s right in our faces, fully condoned by the federal government.
So we know human trafficking is factually based. But her stories of eyewitness testimony of numerous atrocities are strictly her own. So many of these accounts have so much gore, torture, rape and horror with virtually nothing to back it up. Actual SRA survivors tell a different tale of sexual abuse while Jessie claims to have experienced none it. Their experiences are not similar to Jessie’s and it is of note she has little interaction with these survivors. Of all the video interviews she has done over the years, there is no group round table discussions with SRA victims. In her fundraising efforts for veterans and whistleblowers, those who allege satanic abuse don’t have a place at the table.
Her accusations of affidavits being sealed in a court somewhere is too vague even for her usual blurry stories. She never names the court, the date, nor the judge that allegedly sealed them. To add comedy to this charade she claims the Droel Law firm, headquartered in Minnesota stole her affidavits and then used them as evidence in a family court proceeding. As there is honor among thieves, there is likewise honor among lawyers and this would never happen. Keep in mind Droel Law only works with high-end corporate clients. Family court would not be their thing.
This episode is beyond ridiculous. It’s the equivalent of stealing your neighbor's car and then driving by his house honking the horn so he can see who the thief is. Once again, her cult following sees nothing amiss here. All is well in Jessie World.
The affidavits seem to be a way of legitimizing Jessie’s various testimonies involving high level satanic corruption, human trafficking and various horrors. Too bad they are so flawed as to be useless. Overall, her affidavits are a tough read unless you are into that sort of thing. After a while unbelief can settle in.
The affidavits fit in with her other push, the “#LetJessieSpeak” campaign. This is her desire to tell her stories of human trafficking and other tales in front of Jim Jordan’s congressional committee even though that is not even close to the committee’s focus at this juncture. Jessie got off to a rough start when she used the wrong tag for Jim Jordan—she left out the underscore between his names which led to a dead account. Her fans started using it too till they wised up and found the right one. Marching on they all use #LetJessieSpeak in every post they make as if this online campaign is actually going to work. This push and the affidavits have the dread of failure written all over them. Once the lawyers take a look it’s over.
So that appears to be the goal. The affidavits, along with the #LetJessieSpeak campaign are headed off the cliff. It’s meant to fail. She can only fool one group—her base. Judges and attorneys certainly not. And why the premeditated fail? Unclear yet. Like the cult leader Sherry Shriner, Jessie is always under attack by enemies. It could be a foil to accuse her enemies of rigging the system and silencing her. She claimed that before of myself and other investigators. Time will how this plays out.
In the end, the affidavits are a hoax.

How did I forget this?
Probably the biggest fault about the affidavits is that while Jessie claims to have submitted to various courts, law firms, the military and so forth, she can’t because she declares at the beginning she is under warning of perjury for posting false information. She has done exactly that and perjured herself many times in her affidavits.
As an example, she said that her friend, Lucien Greaves’s (Douglas Misicko) parents and sister were killed by the cabal in 1981. This is false. His father Thomas passed away in 2021. His mother Sylvia and sister Cathy are still alive and listed in the OB. Also, all three of their first names are wrong, as was the first name of his younger brother (Greg). She only got Douglas’ name correct in her account of this incident..
Here are the false first names Jessie uses: Parents, Todd and Sarah. Siblings, Peter and Alice. Likewise Jessie uses the wrong spelling of the family name—Mysecko.

Apparently Jessie has released another affidavit but in a different format at https://timothycharlesholmseth.com on October 12. This format has no notary public stamps, signatures or dates. But continues in a new narrative of satanic group activity, including trafficking in Casper, Wyoming.
It’s filled with her typical spelling and grammatical errors. Also features lots of new gore and calling out famous and notable people working in conjunction with satanic groups.
Of note, she claims to have been trafficked by Nazi Michael Karkoc in the years 1982-1984. This is new information she has not announced before. It also conflicts with her earlier timeline of having been with her grandmother in training in Chicago during these years. Her family was living in Casper during this time period as well and her mother was attending college there.
Here is the PDF of the new narrative.

As posted in other articles, Jessie’s interaction with Somerset Belenoff, the alleged “Queen of the Illuminati” is actually a fictional character in a hoax launched in 2020. She continues it here in release 13 of her “sworn” affidavits by including another fictional character, her alleged ex-husband, William Belenoff. Imagine inserting a fake character in a sworn affidavit!
Then to compound this lie, she says his name is actually Vlad which is Russian for William. It’s not. Try any translator app. This shows the pathological nature of her lying. She lies about things that are of no consequence.

The Craig Sawyer affidavit. Only posted on June 10th it’s Jessie’s account Hillary Clinton allegedly torturing and killing a young girl. Jessie alleges Craig Sawyer was there participating.
