Anatomy Of A Deception
Jessie Czebotar is not a federal witness.
Jessie Czebotar once said she was trained in psyops and what follows is an example of that.
In the spring of 2022 Jessie got herself embroiled in a trial between Craig Sawyer and Randi Erickson. Randi was a friend of Jessie's and she submitted an affidavit regarding crimes against child during the trial. It was never used because the trial was a tort case—he said, she said. Randi never brought forth her evidence and the case was dismissed on all counts. Plus, Jessie’s affidavit was never used.
From this no-nothing episode Jessie started to promote herself as a Federal Witness. Nothing can be farther from the truth. And to further exploit the issue, she posted a cease and desist order against her critics which included myself and three other people. This C&D was meaningless and devoid of legal content. It did raise the ire of her followers who are ignorant of these matters and thought we were in big trouble. They were wrong.
On to the video clip.
She starts out using her standard statement that her critics are lying and trying to discredit her eye witness testimony regarding the murder of children. It’s her standard defense. Of course not true and if there is evidence she should present it. In actuality, we just post her words in screen captures and video clips.
Around 1 minute in she launches the attack line that she is a Federal Witness and by talking about her we are “impeding” her testimony which is a felony. We have done nothing of the sort. She uses the wrong terminology which is typical of her. It’s actually known as “witness tampering” where an individual attempts to coerce a witness to change their testimony. That is a crime. We do nothing of the sort. We just compare her statements either on social media or in her videos to determine the truth. We have to since she lies so much as this post is pointing out.
She then followed up with a series of tweets directed towards myself, Sarah, Gloria and Brandy in a “cease and desist” order. She did this numerous times to us and once to Brandy. Oddly, she made it a point to misspell my name numerous times and give the incorrect name on my Twitter account. She also sent the last C&D weeks after the trial was over. Anyway, this nonsense was of no legal merit and we did nothing about it. The whole thing was weird and reeked of desperation. The only that believed it was her ever faithful followers who are blind and deaf.
Federal Witness?
Regarding Jessie being an actual federal witness is so devoid of facts or truth as to be laughable. As attorney Kim Picazio says below, since Jessie was not testifying for the federal government she would not be considered a federal witness. She never did this. As part of her deception, Jessie uses the wrong terminology. Filing an affidavit about witnessing child abuse and murder in a tort case makes her affidavit irrelevant since the trial was about a totally different issue.
And finally, she has given no witness testimony in any court.
In Parting
Jessie Czebotar goes on in the clip to portray herself as a persecuted victim and claim her detractors are trying to ruin her testimony about abuse and crimes against children. She never gives a motive. Her word of caution is warning people that her critics could lead people astray. Actually, that could apply to her and numerous false public testimonies which we have found doesn’t add up. She never seems to care about the damage she has done to actual SRA victims by telling preposterous stories that beg believability. Seeing real dragons? Birds that type on keyboards? Demon possessed troll dolls?
